Configurations
Jaw pickup structure
The product is clamped by the board fixture and placed on the processing platform. After processing, the fixture is clamped again and placed on the track for the next process.
Specialized product depaneling fixtures with rail-type discharge
After cutting, the material clamping claw takes the entire product fixture and places it on the discharge track to convey it to the next production process.
Automatic tool change method
1. Uses automatic tool changer with German imported spindle — saves time, realizes automation, reduces human factors, high precision and stability.
2. Built-in five-group milling cutter tool magazine, easy to automatically change cutters to meet the needs of panel processing.
Vacuum suction cup pickup structure
1. Pick and place device: automatic loading and unloading (modular vacuum suction claw, vacuum device, independently controllable)
2. Transfer structure: X2 axis movement, Z2 & Z3 axis suction, controlled by AC servo motor.
3. Pick-up board speed: 0–1000 mm/sec (adjustable)
